The 1-2-1 coaching sessions, as part of the Gold programme, take the process to a whole new level. So, to fill the gap we’re including 1-2-1 coaching where the business owner is mentored through the process of producing their business plan and held totally accountable for delivering the stretch targets. Experience tells us that a key part of coaching is the flexibility to have a unique agenda determined by the particular owner and business being coached.
